‘9’ is a collaborative and transdisciplinary approach between NP3 & Teddys Last Ride, Created by Ruud Akse & Hannes Arvid Andersson, with the help of Dragan Glamočić and Alan Ahued Naime.
A unique collaboration between Teddy’s Last Ride and NP3.
‘9′ is an immersive audio-visual installation engaging with the topics of identity formation and the sense of limbo that might arise from the process of becoming. The installation draws from the aesthetics of club culture, the construction site and digital culture, to transform the industrial location MOBi into the ‘9’ incubator. Augmented by smoke and lasers, a dancing dialogue of limbo is told, haunted by animated prophetic avatars.

9 Weeks From Now
‘9′ is a re-interpretation of the Teddy’s Last Ride theatre production ‘9 Weeks From Now’, directed by Andy Smart. This multidisciplinary dance performance is about the first nine weeks after conception and the journey of growing up; it is about who you are, how you are perceived by society based on the gender you have been assigned and who you want or need to be.
While ‘9′ is inspired by the theatre production, and it incorporates elements of the original script, choreography and stage design, it is a new original translation, taking a different form altogether.
‘9’ consists of an exhibition as well as an event programme.
